Primary Responsibilities

Enter and manage customer orders
Create and organize project documents, including communications with customers, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers
Assist with pricing and bidding HVAC construction projects
Monitor and manage calling, trouble, and open order queues while communicating updates to customers and sales associates
Help maintain organized workflows to support customer needs and delivery schedules
Learn how to complete take-offs from mechanical blueprints

Required Skills and Qualifications

Strong willingness to learn and grow in the HVAC industry
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook

Preferred Qualifications

Exposure to reading blueprints or construction documents
Experience with Solar Eclipse software is a plus, but not required
Basic understanding of HVAC, ventilation, and makeup air systems
