1st Shift Warehouse
Toledo, OH - Full Time
Position Overview:
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team. This role is responsible for receiving incoming shipments, picking orders accurately, maintaining a clean and organized warehouse, and performing quality checks to ensure product integrity. The ideal candidate is a team player who takes pride in efficiency, accuracy, and maintaining high standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage
- Unload, label, and store products in designated warehouse locations
- Pick and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Perform quality checks on outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy and condition
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the warehouse
- Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines
- Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment as needed
- Communicate any discrepancies or issues to supervisors promptly
Required Experience and Skills
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand on feet for majority of an 8 hour day
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Experience and Skills
- Forklift experience
- Building industry experience and requisite product knowledge
- Experience working in a warehouse
- Experience using RF Scanners
