Facilities Maintenance Coordinator

This is a NEW facility in Maple Heights!

Facilities Maintenance Coordinator

General:
  • May work across multiple distribution centers or other sites.
  • Milage paid to remote sites.
  • Position will start working 2-3 days at Maple Heights, 2-3 days/week at Sebring location.
  • Time split between sites may vary depending on projects and maintenance needs.
Role includes but not limited to:
  • Plowing
  • Lawn Maintenance
  • Generator PMs
  • Dock Lock, Dock Door, Leveler Maintenance and PMs
  • 110V Electrical
  • Manage inspections
    • Elevators
    • Backflow
    • Fire extinguishers
    • Sprinkler systems
    • Fuel system
    • Furnaces & Acs
    • Water Heaters
  • Filter Changes on Heating & Cooling systems
  • Water Filter changes
  • Painting, Floor striping, 
  • Floor maintenance & Epoxy Floor repairs
  • Manage Material handling contractors
  • Signage, boards, TVs, lighting
  • Guard rail install, minor racking, rack guards
  • Backup for Autostore maintenance
  • Alarm system maintenance
  • Facilities checklist/inspections: Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, Annually
  • General facility and grounds upkeep for a clean, safe, positive environment
  • General/light maintenance on powered equipment: Battery watering, inspections, troubleshooting, Zamboni cleaning and blade changes
  • Workstation assembly as needed
  • Management of temperature settings for HVAC and electrical heaters throughout building
  • Project work
