Outside Sales - Showroom

Outside Sales Associates own and develop existing customer relationships and develop new customers in assigned markets. They provide superior service to Famous Supply customers in person and via phone, the Famous Way. Outside Sales Associates help contractor customers get the materials and solutions they need, where they need them, and when they need them so they can complete their job.
Primary Job Responsibilities
- Drive & grow Showroom sales of window & doors along with Kitchens & bath product lines in the greater Cleveland Market.
- Be able to cold call & develop new accounts for this showroom business.
- Maintain this Showroom sales growth through local architects, builders, remodelers, and trade professionals.
- Be responsible for an account base of customers.
- Collaborate with a great team of inside showroom associates to work and drive these customer sales.
- Experience with architectural and builder sales calls
- Product knowledge of premium wood and fiberglass windows, doors, and respective hardware
- Ability to understand and navigate blueprints, submittals, and specifications in these product categories
- At least 3 years working in this customer market
- Customer service mindset
- Ability to use computer
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
