The Accounting Assistant position provides accounting and purchasing support for the Famous Supply National Accounts team.

Primary Job Responsibilities

Cash Application management
Invoice Disputing
Work with purchasing for all direct orders
Assist Purchasing Admin on credit and back-charges when needed
Assist with billing
Required Experience:

Preferred Experience and Skills

Thoroughness and attention to detail
Organization
Communication skills
Data analysis
Microsoft Excel
Accounting experience
Experience with Epicor Eclipse ERP System
Building industry experience and requisite product knowledge
